Self-Service (Virtual Consultant) Implementations
Through our industry leadership, we are able to guide you through the implementation process using a self-paced approach where YOU control the timeline and have access to our industry expertise as needed. This type of service is best suited for those clients who are tech-savvy and already at a high comfort level with the software but, from time-to-time, need a moderate level of support or wish to implement a new module into an existing implementation. Bottom line, we will be there for you when you need us.
Lab-Based Implementations
With this service, we will dedicate a consultant to lead your team through the implementation process off-site but will be available on-site with you at strategic points of the project timeline. The advantage of this service is that we can accelerate implementation by providing you with only the amount of time and effort YOU require to go live.
On-site Implementations
Through this service, we can provide you with a consultant onsite that will lead your Oracle Product Implementation. The unique feature about this package is that we couple it with our Virtual Consultant Service for a one-year period so that even when the project is complete, you still have access to adhoc consulting as you need it.
